September 2023: BeetFeat – Drumming, dance, and wellbeing

At our meeting next week, Wednesday 13th September, we’ll be joined by BeatFeet.

BeatFeet has over a decade of experience, offers dynamic drumming, dance, and well-being workshops.

They even coordinated a special drumming workshop for The Duchess of Cambridge on behalf of Kensington Palace!

Their workshops focus on three key objectives: fostering connections through music, inspiring creativity, and promoting collaboration through team drumming experiences.

This meeting is going to be a banger.

New Information

A note from our President, Sally

The weather for our Beeston Trail last month was perfect.  Everyone really enjoyed going round Beeston at a leisurely pace, with many comments of “I’d never noticed that before!”.  Many thanks again to Sarah Hargreaves and Sue Evans for putting the Trail together.  Those who reminded in the hall learnt new board and card games and, of course, everyone enjoyed a Magnum to finish off the evening!

The trip to the Workhouse at Southwell has been arranged for Sunday, 17th September, meeting in theBeeston Council offices car park at 10.  Don’t forget your membership card if you are an NT member.  If you cannot make this date then it is likely some members might want to visit on another day.

We hope some of you are interested in coming one of the Christmas Parties being held at The Village Hotel, Chilwell on Thursday 7th December.  You can find out more at the meeting , when £10 deposits will be collected.
